Hope Probe: UAE first Space Mission is set to reach Mars Today, Tuesday February 2021

The United Arab Emirates’ first Mars mission, using the Hope probe, is expected to enter the Mars orbit on Tuesday 9th of February 2021. When the spacecraft arrives on the Red planet , it will make the UAE the fifth country in history to reach Mars.

The probe will explore the atmosphere of the planet, something that has not been done by any previous Mars mission. A better understanding of Mars atmospheres will allow researchers to better understand Earth, and better understand other planets in the Universe.
With the Hope Probe set to arrive in Mars’ orbit tomorrow, luminaries from the global scientific community are in awe of what UAE is about to achieve.
The Emirates Mars Mission’s probe could be the key to unlocking one of the questions man has had for generations: Is there life on mars?
The mission also helps unite the UAE with the world, as science never exists only within the borders of a single country.
An achievement of this scale puts UAE among the top countries working towards a broader scientific exploration
